By accessing or using TempAlias ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2Description of Service

TempAlias provides temporary and disposable email alias services that allow users to:

• Create temporary email aliases for privacy protection
• Receive and view emails sent to those aliases
• Manage custom domains for email aliases
• Access email forwarding and API services (premium plans)

3User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any unlawful or fraudulent activities
• Sending spam, phishing, or malicious content
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
• Distributing malware or harmful software
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5Email Retention & Deletion

Emails received through temporary aliases are stored temporarily and may be automatically deleted after a period determined by your subscription plan. Guest inbox emails are deleted after 24 hours. We do not guarantee the permanent storage of any emails and recommend that users save important communications elsewhere.

6Subscription Plans & Payments

TempAlias offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require an active subscription. Payments are processed securely. Refunds may be provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable notice to users.

7Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TempAlias shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, missed communications, or business interruptions.
